Humans need movement and interaction with the environment to develop optimal brain networks
Neuroplacticity - The brain has the ability to grow and change (at any age)
Developmental Disorders such as Autism, ADHD and anxiety are not genetic
We do not label. Developmental disorders are simply immature networks in the Brain and can all be upskilled
Two hemispheres of the brain need to work together and be in balance
